How do I get access?

Purchase an access token from an authorized reseller. Visit Register, enter your email, portal password, and token code. Your NNTP username and password are generated automatically Note: they are not the same as your portal login.

What are my NNTP server settings?

After registration, sign in to the member panel for your server hostname, port (563 SSL), username, and password.

Is traffic encrypted?

Yes. Use port 563 with SSL enabled in your newsreader. Plain NNTP is not available, check your member panel for the current endpoint.

How does metering work?

Your token defines the plan: unlimited time-based, monthly transfer caps, or one-time block quotas. Usage is shown in the member panel and enforced at the exchange. For plans with Bandwidth limits we only track on delivered traffic not requested. If you send a request and its not found no traffic is billed

Can I change my portal password?

Password reset are not self serve at this time. Contact support if you need assistance.
